My Italian and Belgian bikes.....and an American entered the chat

I've just converted my 1995 Pinarello Team Mercatone Uno lo-pro from bullhorn set up to full aero bars set up.

The aerobar is I think the same one used by the team back then, an ITM Dual, which looks like something Luke Skywalker would fly and I love it, looks fast standing still...which could describe me on it....

Took me 3 neon tape purchases before I found a good match with this Supacaz one.

Still looking pretty sharp for a 30 year old bike.

Sweet, top job. The Dual is my favourite 90s aerobar, great choice. 👍 Nice colourmatched Deltas too, I would love some Keos in fluro yellow like these but I don't think they've ever been produced.

Thanks folks.

And I agree Look were very boring with their Keo colors, especially considering their previous Delta range come in every color under the sun, perfect.for matchy matchy bike builds 😀

So I took the Campag group off the Serotta, put a 105 Shimano group on, got some trigger shifters and converted it into a sit up commuter for my brother, so that's moved on.

And having worn out the chainrings on 2 Ultratorque equipped bikes, and winced.at the price of new Campag ones, I replaced them with some compatible TA Vento ones, so Look 585 and green MX Leader now look like this....

And my pink Tommasini needed new tyres, it had tanwall Vittoria's, but fitting those to a UK based bike in December, well they won't look tanwall for long, so as the black Vittoria Corsa Control's were on sale at Merlin, its got all black shoes this season. This is a 1991 frame so is 35 years old in the new year, and looking good for its age.

Haha, thanks. It gets a lot of love out on the road and cafe stops too....not one to leave unlocked;)

1991 is about peak Italian cycling extravagance/over indulgence/chrome rich with wild.coloirs, and lots of them, gotta love it/them :)

I'm such a dullard it's not normally my thing at all. But I can't get enough of your bikes - they're all so well presented with great setup and proportions. A delicious collection of bikes.
