I loved that Carlton it was a really great ride!

Just remembered a three wheeler in red with a metal boot with a big sharp edged top hinged flap.......

Triggered by above. Thanks.

Re:

does this count?

This was my first real bike. A metallic green Apollo bought from a bike shop just up the road from me.

Followed by a universal Rotarippa BMX with all the chrome bling (unfortunately no pictures). Had my first crash on that one as well.

Then I finally got my first mountain bike. At the time I had to have it because it had a disc brake on the front and full suspension. Looking back I realise what an idiot I was  An Emelle reactor, a whopping £99.99 brand new. Had my biggest accident on it and actually bent the frame so that was the end of that. (I was more worried about the bike than the fact I had blood pouring everywhere and a broken wrist)

That was the last bike I had for about 8 years after being diagnosed with a medical condition until 5 years ago I finally managed to get back onto a bike.
