'Redland' cable actuated hydraulic disk brake calipers

I briefly had a CX bike, and I wanted to try out some hybrid hydraulic calipers with my drop bar brake levers, so I thought I'd give these a try. I've since split the bike and these are left over. They are two-piston hydraulic calipers with the reservoir at the caliper, and actuated by a regular brake cable, so it's a problem solver for drop bars with STI levers.
