Powdercoat was local to me in Leighton Buzzard. Bloke in a unit on a farm setup. Not super sophisticated but did what I needed. Steve at S&T Customs https://www.stcustoms.co.uk/ Cost was £100 to strip, blast and powdercoat frame, F7 forks, stem and Powerlite legs. Bonkers bargain.
