Recommendations for assembly type grease

What do you guys recommend as a good assembly type grease/lube for stems, seatposts etc???

Was looking at Park Tool Anti-Seize Compound but didn't know if it was OTT or actually good....

I use that and had no problems so far, it does it's job well. It seems to last longer than the size of the tube suggests.
I see it that you should use nice anti seize on nice parts!

I like Purple extreme grease. Really pretty red colour with glittery bits in it...
