Rebonding stays Vitus 992 [alloy]

Hi all.Not very often i venture into your bit but i have a question on behalf of a member of my re-cycle project.
He is asking the question as to what bonding agent to use to reattach the non drive side chainstay to the dropout.Seems the glue has come unstuck and he wants to glue it back in place and needs to know the best choice of glue to use.
He says it plugs into the dropout lug ok,just needs bonding in. :?

Try a Devcon Epoxy e.g. 2-Ton. Some more common adhesives e.g. Araldite are probably too brittle for such an application
