Rear V Brake Cable Stop solution required.

Looking for any info to help with rear brake cable routing when fitting V brakes onto my 91 Explosif. Cannot use the std cable guide/seat clamp job used for the cantis and as there is no actual cable stop at the rear of the top tube. I wondered how others have done this. Saw on BikePimps Hei Hei (Kona of The Month Comp) a neat looking bolt on cable stop that would be ideal.
Any input and help gratefully received. It works okay with a full cable all the way to the noodle but none too tidy with cable ties instead of using stops and guide.

dunno of the poster still has the bits but i ended up buying a 'Clamp-On Twin Slotted Cable guide'. A bit pricey but has done the trick for me. there's an online shop selling them but i got one off Ebay about £15 inc p&p. There's also a single cable version but its £20.

Cheers mate. Any idea what the online shop was called? No joy so far googling for the guide, but that sounds just what I need. Any other info you can remember to help me track one down would be appreciated.
