Rear disc? mount question

Devout Dirtbag
Not sure where this fits but i just purchased a Serotta and the rear takes a disc brake I believe but the mount point is unlike anything I have seen before. I am hoping that somebody could thrust a bit of knowledge on me. Its a XC Serotta, possibly a custom build. Dont really have any more info than that. Any help would be appreciated!

That's a Hayes 22mm standard mount...here are the standard dimensions.
Normal ISO mount adapters might work, but often foul the seatstays. Your frame's pretty big, so you might get away with it.

If not, you should be able to make a Hayes/Post Mount adapter and work around your seatstays in the middle.
Hayes 22mm standard.

ISO Rear Post mount

Alternatively, if you're not devoted to Post Mount, and there's enough space under the seatstays, it may be easier to go to a modern Flat Mount rear caliper.
Ironically, it's very close to the original Hayes standard from 20+ years earlier.
