Busy to restore the bike. No labels but serial no PJ002933 BK. Fitted with Rear derailleur Suntour Cyclone. Brake calipers Suntour Superbe. Cinelli stem and Handle bars. Stronglight Chainset. Wheels 700 Tubeless ( Tubs) Ambrosio Synthesis Rims with Lambert Hubs. Will be please if you can help . The bike is very light but no Cable eyes on top or water bottle holes .

Lambert hubs could be a clue. Is this a Lambert/Yamaha? Looks 1970s, and the long frame number typical of Japanese, more so if it looks automatically aligned and stamped.

Good shout Keith, does look quite Lambert / viscount. Before the days of brazed on top tube guides etc which puts it in the 70's.
 
Saddle post 27.2. The frame number is neatly stamp small but easy to read. Bottom bracket Unknown if english or italian. will look into that. Many thanks for the help. Struggle with photos will try and add some. Izak

If it's lugless, photos too small for me to see, I'm thinking viscount aerospace which I recall came with Lambert hubs
 
All I did was put 2 words into the usual search engine:"Lambert Cycles", and was able to read about how Yamaha tried to put Viscount right.
This bike seems to fit.
