I've got one locally that will mill seat posts out of frames for a score.
Saves me a lot of hassle.
If you can do that in ten minutes you can come and work for me!
The problem is setting it up. To put it on a lathe it needs to be mounted securely and have it perfectly central and straight. The would also need to be balanced to stop the machine vibrating.
Easiest way would be on a milling machine with a boring head (imagine a reverse lathe), although it's still going to be a pain to mount it solidly.
quite agree if thats a ten minute job i will give up working , that why the reamer is most lightly to be the best option ?
