I'm 5'10" with 32" inside leg and I ride an 18" Pace (fits good too)

The 19" frames are still pretty long in the top-tube, one fitted me perfectly at 6'4" with 35" inside leg and long arms. I actually found the 20.5" frame i had a bit of a gate.
