Rattle-can clearcoat

Hi All,

I've just rattle-canned some forks with the stuff shown below. The finish is good (metallic blue), but not as glossy as I'd like.

I'm considering whether I can clearcoat it.

Has anybody got any tips, or recommendations of clearcoat I can use?

Test it. Some paints can be incompatible & causes a reaction, otherwise some laquer should solve your problem, though for optimum results you would have applied the laquer soon after the base had become touch dry in order for the layers to adhere properly.
