Rare custom hand built one off bike built by Chas Roberts in 1987 (87 stamped on BB)
This is a very unusual bike with a very early use of a sloping top tube not seen on mountain/ATB bikes until a few years later.
Details:
Frame: Columbus fillet braced with lugs on the seat tube top and bottom.
Cinelli fork crown
Threaded mounting points for mudguards and racks
Two bottle cage mounts
Brazed cable routing under BB
Fillet brazed rear brake bridge
Original two tone white/blue fade
Some surface rust treated with inhibitor and lacquered to preserve the original paint
Frame inspected inside and out and it's all very solid with no dings and oiled internally to preserve.

The bike rides really well, with a recent overall and service with new chain and cables.
It's a tall bike with a sloping top tube, despite the height it's not super long.
I'm 5.11 and I find it very comfortable, but I like a tall bike.
The group set is a mix from 1987-1989
