the spne protector is removeable its held by zips one zip is broken an has been repaired with cable ties see pic its secure an doesnt move
of course if you dont want spine protetor on its not an issue

there is a small crack on one of the shoulder pads this could be repaired with expoxy resin see pic

the shin an ankle guards come with the armour
