Raleigh Sports 3speed gents bike

This isn't my area of expertise or knowledge hence why I'm asking.

I aquired this bike a few years ago, saving it from the tip. It's a gent's Raleigh Sports bicycle, but what intrigues me is the wheels. Sturmey fr & rear hubs both sporting drum brakes, fr with a dyno & stainless rims. (no rust whatsoever despite the patina on the rest of the bike). Is this usual? Can anyone give an approximate value - no pics supplied granted but it's fair condition & 'honest'.

I am building up a Raleigh Sports on which I wanted drum brakes and after doing some research the only ones I found with them fitted were the export models for Singapore and Malaysia. These were sold through a dealer called Robinsons of Singapore and Kuala Lumpur and I have miraculously found a set of the correct decals on Ebay in Indonesia.
No idea of the value but I would be interested in a couple of photos if you could. These are not my photos just ones I found on the web, my bike is still a box of bits awaiting others.
