shame there isn't a forum on here for town bikes/roadsters! but what the hell - here is the raleigh traveller7 i bought recently on ebay for 90 quid. it's in great condition, and according to the stamp on the sturmey archer hub (the serial number at the bottom of the frame has been replaced by a postcode, which prevents more accurate dating) it's a 1982 vintage. it's all original - i will simply be adding a dynamo set and giving it a thorough degrease and clean. wait for it ....

thanks, chaps. it certainly does ride well ... i can get up a surprising burst of speed too. i left my drinking partners for dead on the pub run last week
