I don’t think those are Sheriff Stars - too many cutouts.
I suspect they’re Centaur LFs from the late 80s. Like these -

Looking at the eBay advert I’m sure that’s correct, and the axle spacing confirms it. I didn’t expect Victory to be as nicely finished!
They seem pretty much identical to the Centaur’s, I wonder if there’s any difference? (other than Centaur’s QR rubber)

Yes. March (D) 1984 (4). Built in Workshop (W)

Worksop closed in 1981, lightweight production moved to Nottingham but continued using the W prefix.
