I don’t think those are Sheriff Stars - too many cutouts.
I suspect they’re Centaur LFs from the late 80s. Like these -

Looking at the eBay advert I’m sure that’s correct, and the axle spacing confirms it. I didn’t expect Victory to be as nicely finished!
They seem pretty much identical to the Centaur’s, I wonder if there’s any difference? (other than Centaur’s QR rubber)
