Great bike. Loving the blue bar tape and outer cables

Pedals have arrived - Ofmega sintesi.
Shame straps are red - may put them on the Quadra
Pedals and straps Look in great condition.
Hoping they can come apart to re grease and adjust

Pedals are refurbed/regreased and reassembled on the bike.
Shortened my Shimano chain and did not ruin it - I did think I would cut it too short to be honest, speed link fitted - hey these are a revelation
I have rigged up the front and rear derailleurs.
Both Derailleurs work great, all gears selecting.
Front mech has not got the best cable run but I do not think it will be an issue.

Quick ride around my estate and the Road Ace rides very well, changes direction quickly.
Changes gears great, slight noise from rear mech, looks like the cage is slightly out of line.
I may need wider handle bars at some point.
Blue outer cable for the rear mech needed, no rush yet as its working.
