I’m putting this on here as well as EBay
21 inch frame I inherited this , previous owner used it and as a result replaced the original parts with gastly front / rear mech , generic crank and caliper brakes.
Front mech difficult to engage small ring
It has Shimano flight deck shifters which with tyre and tubes ok
That said original wheels and Brooks
Proffessional saddle
Something rarely seen with this was a braze on light bracket for friction bike light with drilling for frame wiring
Frame in very presentable condition , two quite small dings on top tube, some paint fade
Raleigh’s best touring frame though

It's been built up by a raw amateur bodger. Interesting way of mounting the front mudguard in front of the caliper. And the downtube cable stops are upside down.
Someone with some spannering knowledge could turn it into a nice tourer though
