First off, as a hybrid I'm not sure where this is meant to go, MTB or road, but since (if I win the auction) I'll be building up with MTB parts, I'm putting it here.

That's not a standard Nottingham Raleigh frame, is it? Forged dropouts, chromed chainstay and slightly better than normal lugs and seat cluster. And is that a tubing sticker I see on the seat tube? Unfortunately I can't read what it says on the top tube.
If I bought this, do you think it would have standard or Raleigh BB threading?
