Picked this up but can't work out exact model and year, I have tried! maybe a team cadet 12? but doesn't match the specs in catalogue?

Frame number, first number is the year. Yours will probably have a N prefix on the seat tube just below the clamp or under the bottom bracket. It might have a W prefix though I don't think so, same applies.
