Hmmmm........now I have a Emmelle Dolomite frame and fork so maybe full XTR with Mavic Crossmax..................yeah right, if I could afford full XTR and Crossmax i wouldn't have an Emmelle Dolomite

From memory the Dolomite wasn't too bad. Couple of local lads had them in 1989 and the spec was very similar to my Tufftrax. Obviously mine was better and I told them so. They then went out and got a 1990 Cro Mega and Al Mega. BAH!!!

Interesting. Bike does look certainly better. I quite like idea of it and appreciate your effort whatever reason is behind that. Welds are even more awful on close up though. Who they hired? What kind of welding is that?

It's not really cost anything to build, all the parts are from other bikes.

There are normally a few on eBay, usually sell for under £10!
