Raleigh 3 Speed 'Racer' Identification....

OK, this is my friend on his Racer in either 84 or maybe 85. (It's a reverse image btw)

This is what I know/remember.
It was a Raleigh.
It was Green. (maybe metallic)
It was a 3 speed.
Rims were steel.
Small Frame.

I know it wasn't a 'lightweight' - but I can't find a catalog for these 'kids' models.

Can anyone tell me what this is?
