Cheers. I have a toggle press & tooling for cutting both OD & ID of washers simultaneously. I'm normally cutting viton rubber, novus30, lead or leather but such thin metal presents no issues.

Thanks. When I saw the quality of your shim washers, I did suspect that you might have some professional equipment or leather working punches. The only other method I could think of would be to clamp the coke can between thicker material. With support on each side, it would then be possible to drill a 10mm ID hole. However, then you'd still have the tricky job of cutting a circle around the 10mm hole with a pair of scissors, which would probably make the thin material deform.
