Sorted Project 2 fork for 21" frame, threaded

Looking for a Project 2 fork with the following properties:
Threaded 1-1/8" steerer ~205mm long
Triple butted tubing (CM/TB stamp on steerer)
390mm axle to crown measurement.
A fork with these attributes would have originally been fitted on the following bikes, if it helps: 21" 1992 Explosif Pro, Explosif, Cinder Cone, or 21" 1993 Explosif, Kilauea, Cinder Cone, Lava Dome.
Any cosmetic condition is acceptable.
