Postage from the US

Hi Chaps and Chappettes,

I currently have my beady eye on a frame thats on Ebay, problem is it's in the States.

I'm sure a few of you must have had a frame shipped over in the past, any guide on how much it will set me back?



Also will i get wacked with a customs charge?

I had a fat chance fromt states, seller charged $90 priority tracked USPS.

and yes - always expect to pay tax - if you dont pay tax its a bonus

Yup, $70-90 is about the going rate. Taxman will probably get you too, and then there is the wait, I'm still waiting for a frame that was bought about 3 weeks ago.

But if its something special....................

just make sure that the seller agrees to ship it via USPS. some insist on UPS or FedEx so they dont have to queue up in the post office etc. and then it gets more expensive.
