Possible Raleigh SB lo-pro sleeper on eBay?

I'd be bidding on this if SWMBO hadn't warned me off. Looks like an SB frame to me (rather later than mine with the hallmark oversized seat stay caps and painted with a stick but retaining a Raleigh head badge) but the seller hasn't replied to the frame number question I asked at midnight. Currently just £67 with 3 hours left to run on the auction.

I would put money on that being a Raleigh. It has internal rear brake cable as well if you look closely. I would buy that if he would ship without a doubt. Go for it!!

Easy to find just search raleigh lo pro, currently at 67 quid but with 12 bids for that amount its no longer a secret I guess.

And had a reply now on the frame number "the frame number is one side SB, 7, 90 Other side 54,5,9350". So it is an Ilkeston frame and I'll leave others to decipher beyond it being 54.5cm.
Good luck, I'm very envious but really am at full bike capacity for the foreseeable future. (Plus, one is enough. More SB bikes might be greedy.)

Well it sold for £150 and I'm now officially the most jealous man in England tonight!!! Despite the back pedal rear bike (though that takes me back to the bike I used to keep at my Dutch grandparents' house.) My two consolations are 1) it is 5cm too small for me and 2) Mrs GLP is still happy.
Good luck to the new owner (anyone care to own up?). I hope you put the bike back into decent order and enjoy riding it. A lot.
