I have a hunch this is a Kili Flyer frame repurposed as a classic Saracen limited edition.
I can't see the headtube welds close enough on my phone to see if they are fillet brazed. Where the stays join the seat tube at the seat post is identical to my Kili.
Finishes in 6 hours. North Wiltshire. If any one is local its got to be worth a punt.
Edit - looking more closely on my laptop now, might be 89 Traverse as it has rack mounts on the top of the stays - I don't think the Kili (as a racing machine) ever had these...
