Polishing up a merlin ti frame

Can anyone advise me of the best method to clean up/ polish a ti frame? :?

If it's just a bit dirty/tired; warm water with some freshly squeezed lemon juice and a green kitchen scouring pad.

When I did my Merlin a few years ago I used light grade emery paper to remove all the scratches, followed by (as mentioned) scotchbrite and to finish up for that mirror like finish - finer and finer grades of micro mesh.

Came up a treat, doesn't take too long to get scratched again, mainly where the cables rub but it is easier to keep on top of once done!

You could give it a couple of coats of high gloss laquer to help protect it from scratching
