(Police Auction site) GT LTS

I know ebay watching's popular, but I haven't noticed anyone flagging-up bikes that appear on the UK national police auction site before (Bumblebee auctions) but I check it occasionally and noticed this the other day:

GT LTS frame might be OK, but the rest of it looks pants - and currently only £27.
