Pls help - searchin for my IF Steel Deluxe

Dear all

I need your help please. Approx 10 month ago, I bought this IF frame here in the forum from a guy from Warrington (near Liverpool).

Anway, it has not arrived, the guy wasn't answering my mails pm... . I asked the police in Warrington for help, they interviewed the seller but he said he has shipped it but lost the postage slip. With that it's done for the police :cry: They said they cannot help me anymore because they cannot proof that he has not send the frame.

Now I have to go to a lawyer and through the courts. I think you can imagine this case is not so easy as I am based in Austria.

My question to you all: Has somebody seen this frame? Was it maybe sold again?

This thing kinda sucks. Obvious questions though.

Who did you buy it off? Are they still active on the forum?
Did you use PayPal? Any avenues to explore there?
I take it the postage wasn't tracked at all, do you even know who the courier is?

The other party is now banned from the site.

One would think that if it had been sent via parcelforce the sellers might be able to find some evidence. If only to prove it was genuinely lost.

Do you have a picture so we can keep our eyes open, see ther seller removed the pics from the thread.

as John said, the user is already banned. his feedback before was not bad at all

I did use paypal but as gift. then you cannot expect any help from them

we have agreed to send with parcel force but if he really did, i don't know. my feeling is he didn't send it at all.
