PLEASE COULD SOMEONE IDENTIFY THIS FRAME

Like yourself assuming I dont know a thing about bikes ive had twenty year break from biking hens I'm a newbie again not meaning I know nothing

Re:

If your asking for people's help/opinions/knowledge then you need to be open minded to the possibility they might be correct, otherwise what is the point?

I was asking for someone to identify the frame simply, because lots of veteran bikers cant identify it but clearly have already stated that its not a chepo halfords or the like branded bike, theres to much tube streching done in the seat tube for it to be a mass produced piece of,this is people who has seen and held this frame, beleive me its extremely lightweight aluminium frame, which has been stated by many.so beleive it to not be apollo or the likes,I rested it on those parts for easier photos

its a cheap claude butler frame. i had one around 2002 and it was light weight but generic crap non the less

Re:

That seat tube is very distinctive... that said if it were a from an Iconic stable it would have
been instantly identified

I think we can all agree its not from a large Boutique brand, however I'm sure someone in the fullness of time will tell yah exactly what it is

anyway welcome to Retro Bike :D
