As virtually stopped cycling now so as to do anther hobby. I fancy buying one of these type of boats. Had one when i was a kid and was great fun

One of my buds was picking one up when I popped in to see my pal who works in Lidl this evening. I advised him against as he runs heavy downhill bikes and there is no way the clamp is going to be adequate.

we sit on the beach watching them getting swept out to seas all the time...could you park any nice retro stuff near the boating pond before ya go...ta very much(no treks please)

The oars are too small. Even on our tender (8' inflatable) the oars get very hard work in any kind of a wind.

Lifejackets are essential in the sea. Typically you are immobile and unable to move within an hour immersed UK in waters due to hypothermia. In winter it's under 15 minutes.

That boat also appears only to have a single chamber, you need at least 2, so leaks are not terminal, leaving you treading water.... :?

That one looks in amazing condition for 40 quid :shock:

I'm from a sailing background and would feel perfectly happy about my family using an Avon like this.They are safe to use anywhere and are usually found as tenders for yachts in both fresh and salt water.Totally reliable You will pay for 200 of the cheapies before an avon becomes unusable. I think the majority of the ones ive used were 20yrs old :?
