Retro Newbie
Hi all,

Looking to sell my much loved 1994 Marin bike. It is in outstanding condition having only ever been ridden on the road (a bit of a waste I know!) and therefore totally immaculate. It is a 20.5" frame, the laquer is virtually 100% intact (have included a photo of the only corrosion apparent) with absolutely no scratches or dings. All transfers are undamaged. It is currently fitted with a Manitou 4 front fork which itself is totally unmarked. Both front and rear brakes have alloy horeshoe strengtheners fitted. The fork itself is fitted with a "Wings" steel spring conversion (imported from USA) but original Elastomers + additional ones are also included. The original steel fork is available, again in virtually new condition.

Also available are the Marin Owners Manual and original assembly check list + Manitou 4 Owners Manual.
1994 and 1996 Marin catalogues and a spare set of virtually complete transfers are also available.

Other items included are:-
Set of Shimano PD M737 pedals.
Original Marin Lite Saddle - Virtually new.
Original Marin Lite tyres - Half worn at most
Original Marin Lite handlebar stem.
Original quick release wheel skewers.
Original foam handlebar grips.
Original steel brackets (also polished alloy ones available) for red/white reflectors.
Original Marin water bottles.
Spare set of brake blocks + miscellaneous nuts/bolts etc to convert to near original spec'

I am only interested in selling the whole package!

£650.
Hi all,

I have decided to keep my Marin IFT so it is no longer for sale. Will leave photos up as it's still great to look at.

Re:

OK, I'll help you out.

1. Install the program on your PC (32bit or 64bit, depending on your version of windows)
2. Right click on a jpeg image (photo). You'll see a new option in the menu, called "Resize Pictures".
3. Select this option, and you will have four options of size to convert your original. Option 2, "Medium", will probably be fine for your purpose.

The resizer will make a copy of your original at the reduced size, so you won't lose the original, but it's good practice to work on copies of your photos, rather than originals, at all times.

Hope this helps.

Re:

Here are Richards pics of his IFT and the original ad. PM Tricky NOT ME....if it was mine it wouldn't be for sale :D

Re:

Nice!

I'm interested. What's the damage Richard?

BTW, don't panic about postage to Aus, dad lives an hour from you. :D
