Perhaps suspension forks are, by definition, post modern? To suggest these specific ones are is perhaps a very sharp critique of their doubtless poor function. What could be more post modern than to replace something functional with a part that promises so many benefits but delivers such detrimental performance?

i feel that to suggest the forks are post modern is to critique the very moral fabric of our society.
