Peugeot competition frame carbon forks spare or repairs

I have inherited a Peugeot competition with Columbus brain tubing. 1 inch forks


Down side

The stem seat post are seized and possibly the bb and it's seen better days

I want £25 collected for it .... sound to harsh ? Just seems to good to give away ?
