Peugeot Athena - £325 too much?

wondering if £325 is too much?
Not sure what standard prices are here in Norway...

not very good at spotting mechs etc
love the color scheme - so 80s/90s. just want nice steel race frame for commute and the occasional longer ride

Yes, that looks like quite a lot. Pretty sure you could get a really good example for a lot less in the UK.
