I only eat certain wild fungi:
Giant puffballs
Shaggy ink cap
Oyster
Chicken of the woods
Field mushroom where I know they live.

I didn't know dryads saddle was edible!
Although iirc there aren't any toxic bracket fungi.

Stats on poisoning hospital admissions are eye Opening for the amateur toadstool forager!

Need more assistance on the hinge ref
