I've spoken with the individual regarding the unsolicited PMs.

I've heard allegations about people PM'ing other users to solicit BoTM votes but have never had anything concrete. If users are doing this in the future please let me know. Suppose it's part of the game but it would probably have the opposite effect for many.

I've had requests by PM to vote a certain way in BOTM, it's just canvassing and don't think it's worth taking action for what my opinion's worth.

Just because the BNP drop a leaflet through my door or the Lib Dem candidate stands there pathetically bleating for my vote at election time doesn't mean they're going to get it.

Stumping for your bike in the BoTM is pretty weak. If you don't think it can stand on it's own merit, why did you enter it?

I have had numerous PMs from members asking me to sleep with their wives. Not one of them has replied when I asked what times their wives are asleep so I can try my best to get to bed early.
