Is anyone else getting grief using PayPal over the last 48 hours?

I keep getting this message:

Your card issuer refused this payment. If you have another debit or credit card linked to your PayPal account, please use that. Or take a moment to link a new debit or credit card. Contact your card issuer if you don't know why you were declined.

It's not my bank, I checked with them.....pain in the ass as I need to pay some people :evil: I got around the UK guys by doing Bank Transfers but need to sort the overseas dudes out.....PayPal does suck sometimes :cry: :cry:

Used mine last night and worked fine, but I have money in my paypal account.
Hopefully just a glitch.

Mine does this sometimes, I generally find it's because I've forgotten to have money in my bank account, but it has also done this when my bank card has expired too. double check those and other obvious things perhaps?

ikm waiting on payement for me salsa flip lock seat collar thingie now for 2 days.....wander if he has the same problem?

Aye- may be ye have a new card activated 1st june.......I just remembered to swap and destroy my old one today.
