No, they are not human. 
They are dicking around, and have been from the get go!
I don't care about a sodding £10, but I do care about principles.
I would consider the tenner as expendable in lieu of their time and effort to pack and post, but they have been obstructive and dickish from start to finish, and downright rude.
Figured out it is a kid using an adult's account, no wonder they did not know the Highlands are part of the UK... :roll:
New dispute open, over that mere £10.
I consider this as leisure, so I am not billing my time.
