i just wanted to sell them for what they are worth, now that i have seen/touched i felt that £70 was perhaps a little low. this has been proven by Jez buying them for what he perceives to be the right (£100) price regardless of where they are listed for sale!

once again i am truly sorry if i have upset anyone on this site!

Don't think your actions have caused upset, just dissapointment. Hopefully you've learnt a lesson - wait until you have an item in your hand before offering it for sale. Or use ebay and do what the hell you want.

A while ago I bought a frame from a fellow Retrobiker. Now I was pretty slack in getting round to paying for it, so I gave him the option to sell to someone else - he had been offered substantially more than I was getting it for. He said, however, that he would stand by the original deal. And so I bought the frame. That gesture spoke volumes to me about how Retrobike should run.

If anyone wants my other pauls in green they are welcome to have them for £70? All Im doing is swapping them on my Salsa as I like the "holey" ones more.
