this is a NOS (New Old Stock), brand new set of PAUL COMPONENTS Chim Chim brake lever extensions. They are designed to be used with bar ends. These would allow you to apply the brakes while still holding onto your bar ends. A clever item... and Paul had a clever name for them as well, ...Chim Chims! These attach to the end of your brake levers via the included set screws that tighten up against the tip of your brake levers.
