Had no probs until they used Parcel Farce... :roll:

waited in all day yesterday - they didnt turn up, yet Parcel2go say that 'this is not a failed pick-up'

Parcel Force is a problem though!!

I use send it now , and much better than parcel2go .

I've not had a problem with all the times I've used them. All 2 of them.

Seriously, both times they sent Parcelforce and the guy arrived and collected both times.

Maybe it's just the Parcelforce guy in your area. They're not actually employed by Parcelforce as it's run like a franchise.
