Paint Advice

Bit of advice & opinions pls dudes

I would like to get some Judy legs repainted & team them up with one of vitors Shockbone carbon braces & attach them to the front of my 94' explosif.

So....

A) What colour do I go with?
B) Anyone reccomend a sprayer?
C) Any Judy dismantling guides online? Wouldn't mind fitting some air englund cartridge too
