Luckily it was not a catastrophic failure. Bonding failure in dropouts and crown. The dropouts can be replaced by Pace but if the crown bonding fails they need to go in the bin. Apparently... my forks must have seen a particular kind of twisting force??? I did crash them enough the bend the wheel as well.

I still have the scar from where a Pace RC35 steerer snapped and the jagged edge of the tube dug into my leg.

Me and Pace fork = not a good combination :roll:
