My RC200F6 creaks at:

The BB (shell inside the frame maybe)
The seat post collar
The headset in side the frame

I just accept it, besides, a silent bike isn't square!

How is the 'squareness' coming along Stick? Or isn't it?

Make sure that allen key bolt clamping down the seatclamp is tight, not the seatclamp iteself, the one that goes into the frame. Mine squeeked from there but seemed related to BB, just the flex on the saddle as you peddled.
