what work needs doing to the ones that need work?

Is it just the missing bolts?

I am a fussy git and in my eye the crown needs polishing back as the anodising is poor quality and scratched *requires new bolts, and the chrome on the legs is pitted.

The end caps are blue, but I do have red and purple if required.

Both are 180mm, I believe the bolts are M4 type and shipping to France would be an extra £8.00.

on this model, is it necessary to change the crown if I wish to use a 1 1/8 steerer ? ie has this 1 inch steerer a shim to fit the crown but a thinner one could be used to accomodate a 1 1/8 ?
