Isn't PayPal the biggest unregistered/outside the rules financial institution in the world?

Referring to them as a bank is a bit much.

Banks used as an example of nasty corporate only. And compared to Ebay, not Paypal.

We have been on that slippery slope for years Fagin, corporate greed, profit before people, irresponsible financial trading...I could go on.
If, as I would, you would like to see morals reintroduced into our society I suggest you look at the top first, a watch it trickle down.
I think your moral compass needs recalibrating ;-)

I will give a full update of the repair once I fully work out what I'm doing and how. Will swap it to an appropriate thread when I do and avoid the political and ethical banking discussion that has broken out here.
